No Pants Subway Ride

Have you ever wanted to ride the subway with out your pants? Most of us have never really thought of it, but if you ever had the urge to, then today was your lucky day because it was the 5th Annual No Pants Subway Ride. Eight people were caught by the police and were taken into custody and were issued summonses for disorderly conduct. These special eight who were taken away were eventually released were part of a group of more then 160. These people said that the group called Improv Everywhere. The NYPD haulted the 6 train at around 5 p.m. because of this prank. Charlie Todd, the founder of Improv Everywhere said that they didn't intend to offend anyone. “It was our intent to make people laugh,” he said. “We try to give people a great story to tell.” Either way, the 8 who got summonses will still go in front of a judge a be dealt with by him/her. Did these people take the prank to far or are the police just over reacting?
